"Old lady has a very bad attitude. I ordered a strawberry shortcake ice cone and got a parasol instead. When I asked, she told me I read the sign wrong. Now there are 50 different characters, incredibly hard to understand. Then she threw away my order and gave me a simple strawberry cone and did not refund me the price difference. I waited again for the partial refund and she said I don't get a refund because it was a "remake" fee, although it was her fault not to correct me if I wanted something that apparently wasn't on the menu. I insisted on a refund that she only gave because there was someone behind me. Great customer service!"
