"Little schnitzel. Petite Schnitzel with sparrow, on the side I ordered a red cabbage and apples (to eat with my sparrow). Henry Wahner's German food is quite good and it is authentic, but it is very specific Schaebisch (a region around Stuttgart) and it is obvious that it is a few generations old. So, I would call it old-fashioned Swabian food. I believe that there are also some of the complaints, for example Wiener Schnitzel Veal, it is not German, but Austrian. And it is also served with Lemon, not with an egg. Schnitzel with an Egg is Schnitzel Holstein and comes from the northern region of Germany.... German dumplings would be Bavarian, in Schwabia they instead serve sparrows. What an empty parking lot, when does that happen? We live in Kent and every time we've ever gone there, the place is full."
