"The service was average. I didn't catch our server's name, but you can see her in one of the photos. Instead of checking in on us, she placed the food in front of us without so much as a glance. I would have appreciated some salt and pepper, but there were none on the tables. I hoped to order a drink, but she seemed more focused on rolling silverware than attending to our needs.
The cleanliness was a concern too; there was a good amount of garbage on the floor where some servers were sitting and eating, and it appeared no one was addressing the mess. It's disheartening because this place has the potential to be excellent, but the standards seem quite low. In my experience running restaurants, we never allowed our staff to eat on the floor in front of customers. To add to the frustration, our server left the food tray in the booth next to me for several minutes. Who wants that? It's just too bad."
