The chips and salsa may seem like a simple appetizer, but I have to mention them because the heat from the chili builds pleasantly on the back of your palate. The variety of chilaquiles options made me feel like a kid in a candy store. The quality of the food was excellent. My family and I don't typically eat Tex-Mex, as my wife is a second-generation from Jalisco, Mexico, and can be quite critical of authentic Mexican cuisine. However, she loved everything, especially her barbacoa tacos. As long as the quality remains consistent, we will definitely be coming back."
