"What a horrible experience! Time and time again!!! This one waitress can't seem to get an order correct and continually messes up AND she charges us for all her mistakes. Same thing happened to table behind us. We kept trying to see if the experience would get better but no-go. Too many good bars in the neighborhood don't waste your money at Waterhouse ..."

"Went here with a couple people. We happened to all order the same thing, a grilled chicken sandwich. Absolutely delicious. Fries were very good. The broccoli salad was also tasty. Server was nice but she didn’t come to refill our waters unless we asked. The atmosphere is cool. I think the AC was out when we went because it was hot outside, 92 degrees and they had the front door propped open. I would absolutely go back and try more things on the menu."

"Not even close to it's counterpart. The only pinball tables they have are a dollar while the counterparts location in Lincoln Park has tons on freeplay. If you're here for games, go elsewhere.
