No one had prepared the eggs in advance, the hot plates were difficult to manage, and there were very few fresh ingredients available. Later, the manager informed me that they had not anticipated the number of guests that arrived.
All the staff were friendly but appeared to be under a lot of stress. It’s clear that the place is primarily set up for hosting large events, and perhaps they excel at that."
