"We shared big bill's combo, we went for the 1/2 slab of ribs with brisket and pulled pork. We chose mac and cheese with fries as our 2 sides. The ribs were great, super tender, practically fall off the bone. The brisket was so juicy and flavorful I forgot to put any sauce on it. The pulled pork was light and fluffy like a little pillow of delicious. The fries are outstanding and there dipping sauce for them is great. The mac and cheese would not be a choice of mine next time though."

"Spring Creek seems to have received good ratings from most people. We gave it a likes rating, but the BBQ was just OK. Brisket was dry, needed sauce to get down. Sausage was OK, more like Hillshire Farms kilbasa. Ribs were good, liked the sweetness in the rub. We liked the concept of all you eat sides, for those that can't decide what to get, you can go back for something else if the beans or cob corn didn't fill you up. Service was good and friendly."

"This bbq was SO good! It was my first visit so I got the sample to try it all. The pulled chicken was flavorful and moist (tiny bit spicy from pepper). The ribs were not my thing but my companion enjoyed them and said they were moist with a small amount of crusty outside. The pulled pork was tasty. I enjoyed the bbq sauce on the table it is a brown sugar sweet. They have other options at the pick up window but I did not try. The coleslaw was different with raisins and a sweeter dressing. Summer casserole was a fan favorite! Almost like stuffing and squash together. YUM! Baked beans were standard. Mac and cheese was delicious (greasy) with time crisp on the top. Peach cobbler was dripping in caramelized sauce and so good! They offer canned and bottled drinks as well as fresh made sweet tea and lemonade. The sweet tea was PERFECT! Overall, worth the trip and will be visiting again. If you like bbq and southern food you gotta try this joint. They have both inside and outside seating."

"Everything from Mutiny was perfection as usual. The rubbed wings were seasoned perfectly. The brisket was tender and juicy, falling apart, the best ever! Fries were crispy but soft, and the dip makes it even better!! And the Mac and cheese is beyond. Thank you Tom and Mutiny for making me love BBQ again!!"

"the server on the block its name is eligió in the mesquite tx. eligio was very angry with me when I asked for ripening without grill, he still gave me those with grill sauce on him and I need to back her because they taste next to the grill as if they cook a day before and when I came back a week later, he was very mad at me and told me that I returned the ribs and still said that he sent the same friends. I know I'm not the only one with this problem and still the firm does nothing about it because if it goes to the firm the guy who answers the phone, it his girlfriend or family on the other side mary the dame that serves the fresh brot it? the sweetest and nice person always try to make us welcome that we still go there, just because they, I hope the owners do something about the kerl eligio he?s the customers running from this restaurant,"

"I took my family to this place today. We really enjoyed these facilities hospitality. My family of 11 enjoyed their all you eat ribs. I think it was the rage that periodically came out and checked on our sections and brought ribs for us before we ran out. My family is from N.C. and they were impressed. I'll be back to this place."

"I don’t know why I keep frequenting this location expecting a different result. Every time I go I leave disappointed, but it’s so close to my office that I keep returning. I stopped getting the pulled pork sandwich because on numerous occasions it was more fat and gristle than meat. I got a hotdog today with mustard, chili, onions and slaw. When I took it out of the container everything that was supposed to be on it was in the container because it had been placed in the bag upside down. I’m not sure if this a management issue or what, but the only thing this location is consistent on is disappointment. I will say the girl at the drive through was friendly."

"That's a great setup. The food is generous, the taste is phenomenal, and the price is just right. The sauce is exactly the right ratio of brownish, sweet and spicy. The staff is friendly and the owner puts the atmosphere with his jolly personality. In any case, this will be a place to visit routinely."

"Horrible customer service attitudes. We ordered 3 meals.. 5 sides. Only received 2 sides. Missing 2 Mac and cheese and baked beans. Instead of them informing me and asking if I wanted a side of something else, at pick up, they let me walk out of their store (not knowing) I didn’t have all my sides. I’m husband called the restaurant to let them know, they put us on hold for 14 min and my husband finally hung up. Only to find out they put him on hold and closed the store with him STILL waiting. Thank god I ordered on grubhub so I could get a refund since they weren’t willing to even try and help us. Terrible customer service, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars versus 1 is their actual plates BBQ sauce were good. Cobbler was not good. Unfortunate waste of $60."
