"Wildly inconsistent. Some days the bagels are big, properly browned, and light-weight on the inside, which is good. More often than not, the bagels are pale-white-yuck, have few sesame seeds or onions, most fall off, and the bagels are small, dense, and unappealing. The baker needs to learn the difference between a bagel and a burrito. The owners do not care. I've written Noah's many times when the bagels are small, pale, and inadequate, poor quality.
