"I had a terrible experience at this hotel due to poor communication between the management and the reception staff. I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful, and my issue was never resolved. I ended up paying for a night I didn’t even stay, despite being told I could check out early. The pool and restaurant were both closed, and breakfast was $7, even for Hilton members. What should have been a great experience was spoiled by the unpleasant demeanor of one worker, who seemed indifferent to the guests. I will never stay at a Hilton property again!"
