"My husband and I arrived to the restaurant early to have a drink at the bar before dinner with friends. It took more than 15 minutes for the bartender to take our order. It then took another 5 minutes for our 2 glasses of wine to be poured. This lack of service continued once we were seated for dinner. It took more than 15 minutes for one of our guests to place their order for a cocktail. We received 2 appetizers before our guest received his drink. The food was average. Overall, nothing stands out to make us want to return to Roma."

"2. The portion size of my husband's Butternut Ravioli was smaller than the Calamari Appetizer we ordered. His mother ended up giving him her pasta as she wasn't very hungry and felt bad for him after a long day at work. 3. My Prosecco tasted more like Moscato and our waiter never came back to check on us. The manager had to switch the drink out for me. 4. We hardly saw our waiter and they never asked after our first bite if we were enjoying our meals. 5. With a bill totaling over $200 for 3 adults and 1 child, we certainly expected to leave much happier than we did."
