"Wow!! This place went downhill fast. Poor quality ingredients coupled with poor preparation and service, and I had one lousy meal. Used to LOVE Venti's for their burgers and tots. Talking to the lady manager was like talking to a robot. Though she did offer to not charge for the meal, so I guess I am not out anything for the bad experience. Hopefully, they can self-correct and get back to where they were a few years back. Please Venti's, Do Better, we miss you."
