"I noticed some mixed reviews online, but my experience was quite the opposite. The staff consistently gets my orders right, are quick, and exceptionally polite. I believe the lower ratings might stem from the neighborhood (North-Snobsdale), which has a lot of affluent midwestern trust fund folks and a particular demographic that can come off as entitled. Most customers seem to drive luxury brands like Mercedes, BMWs, or Land Rovers, and many don’t seem to be working for a living. You know the type. Overall, I’d rate this Starbucks 4 to 5 stars, which would be outstanding anywhere else."
