"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. There are no reviews in between. I would not return to this place. they also did not advise the additional cost to change from swarm to truthahn."

"This IHOP was not the worst I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. We visited on a Saturday around 1pm and there was no wait. I ordered my usual steak tips and eggs, while my wife opted for a spinach and mushroom omelette. The food was good, although it's important to remember that this is IHOP we're talking about. The kids shared a silver dollar pancake breakfast for their second meal of the day and they really enjoyed it. This restaurant is a great choice for families with children. The service was top-notch."

We particularly enjoy the Big Steak Omelette, Steak Tips and eggs, Country Fried Steak and Eggs, Eggs with Avocado, as well as their selection of crepes and pancakes. The newest addition to their menu, Cannoli pancakes, was a hit with our entire family. The service at this specific location is excellent, with all staff members being friendly and professional. The restaurant is always clean and conveniently situated near major roads. Being located within a plaza is a bonus, allowing for easy access to other errands after a satisfying meal. "Cooks are totally unprofessional! Sent out the wrong food twice, overcooked eggs and cold beef tips. we sat here an hour for this garbage! The whole time we could hear the cooks cussing, laughing and playing. It was so bad that the wait staff was complaining. Our waitress was very apologetic and sincere, but Mr. Mike, the manager, totally unconcerned. Then he sent someone out from the kitchen who identified himself as a manager. Not to mention, I saw him in the kitchen cooking, he claimed that he was in the back doing inventory and did not hear the continuous and excessive use of foul language. The leadership at IHOP in Montgomery, AL has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WHATSOEVER!"

"So, ALL of the tables were filthy with dishes all over them (after we were seated, someone did go around cleaning up though). This means they had to seat us right up against the only other group that was in there at the time. Those people asked to move, for which I was thankful cuz it was awkward. Our waitress may have been nice, but I couldn't understand her since she didn't compensate for the mask that was clinging to her face so bad it muffled every word, so she also may have been rude, I have no way of knowing. We didn't get our pop (only one person got coffee) until the food came and we asked for our pop. The chicken tenders were REALLY good. Idk what was in that breading but it was delicious!! The fries were OK, the onion rings were pretty good too. My daughter loved the pancake sundae and my hubby liked his burger."

I couldn't find the Rooty Tooty breakfast special on the extensive 6-page menu, but I ordered it anyways and it was really good. They also offer a special menu for seniors aged 55 and over, as well as a kids menu. Be sure to ask about any local specials they may have. "Typically you expect to get good service and good dining experience from IHOP. I was not disappointed here. We were quickly seated and the team effort by the staff was amazing.
