"We arrived for our scheduled reservation and were seated promptly. From that point on the dinner was not good. It took over 10 minutes for our server to come to our table and see if we would like a drink. We got drinks after a few minutes. We ordered dinner and it took almost 30 minute to get dinner, keep in mind that this is basic bar food and not fine dining. When dinner was severed the fish and chips ordered was poor the fish a little oily and the chips (French fries) ware served at room temp. They did try to make good no the chips, but the second try was not much warmer than the first one. Not likely to return."

"The food is outstanding and the service is first rate. Cocktails were superb. When full, the space is terribly noisy; I had a difficult time hearing my dining partner. Some type of noise dampening is sorely needed."

"Very disappointing experience. Server forgot to put in the order for the sides. The server brought out our steaks and fish. He then announced that the sides would be out in 10 minutes. He said he forgot to put in the order. We began eating the steaks they were cold. When the server came back he was told the steaks were cold. He went on to explain that he should have told us since we ordered medium rare that they would be cooler than a steak cooked well. I absolutely understand the difference what was more surprising was he seemed to be condescending in his explanation. In reality, most steak houses pride themselves in their ability to sear the exterior of the steak at temperature in excess of 500 f. The searing would make the exterior of the steak hot while leaving the interior cooler. The server did offer to reheat the steaks. Then one of the managers came over and said he would take care of us. He did he didn’t charge for the sides, and presented a cake at the end of the meal for our trouble. Late sides do ruin the dining experience. The Strip is one of the higher end steak houses. You certainly expect better given their reputation and experience."

"We had a backyard Halloween socially distanced wedding and at the last minute my grandmother decided it wasn't a wedding without a cake. My husband and I never planned on having one, but she insisted. So the Wednesday before I called in and I really had no idea what to get/what we wanted or how to decorate! The ladies there offered some excellent suggestions, I told them make it simple, not too sweet frosting, and they came up with a beautiful, perfect cake for the day. Vanilla with cookie dough filling and chocolate with peanut butter mousse? Amazing! Happy to say we were able to save two slices for our anniversary, but the rest? GONE!!! Everyone loved it. Excellent job and thank you for helping out in a pinch!"
