"The old cook/owner Dennis was our 26th anniversary and he said, let us make it unforgettable. 1. Shelled green with fenced apples, pears, candied pecans, goat cheese and the most delicious aged Balsamico vinaigrette. My first 3 bites I always said, Wow! Every bite I had a new taste, very subtle no overpower the other. My wife said it was the best salad she tasted. 2. Bowls packed in Prosciutto, my first comment, tastes like no yarn I ever had, I ate slowly, so I could enjoy every bite. 3. Judgment Wife had quails filled with boarwurst over maish potatoes and veggie. She said wow! I had fetters Alfredo with crabs and lobster tail. First bite of Alfredo was the spirit blowing, it tasted so fresh! Later Dennis explained how he waits to make the pasta as fresh as humanly possible, well done! Once again, no ingredient prevailed the other, excellent marriage of aromas. We finished our meal with the flourless chocolate cake, it was the perfect end for us, rich and decadent, maybe too much for some, but we loved every bite. We explained Dennis that we ate in some very nice restaurants, including excellent meals in Vegas, but this dinner was our favorite. He needs the time to connect with you, and he has an obvious passion to create a farm to table experience like no other.
