"Amazing flavors. Friendly staff. Enough parking. The location was moving, but impressively clean, organized and welcoming even under that circumstance. Had the New Mexico eggs Benedict, which comes with pork and both red and green chili. The green chili if one of the best I have ever had. The spice level is perfectly balanced. The Chicken and Waffles were also impressive. The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. The chicken was crispy, plenty of syrup available if that's your thing. These dishes stood out in flavor, and portions were super generous. The only nitpicking I could do is on the hash browns, they were not crispy enough."
