"if I could give zero stars, I would. Eat took out forever, we had a order of great mouths served us, which were stoned, as hard as a rock. the food runner who brought out the food, said we were out and nothing else. each court had a missing side. bands were very hard at the edges. the manager has compiled the big mouthpieces. I don't care we had to pay anything. we haven't eaten, and when food comes out of the kitchen, I can't trust anything else. this is very regrettable, very doubtful we will ever be back to this place."

It was a nice change from the usual rush to clock in and go home that I experience every day. Meeting someone who truly values their reputation and customers was refreshing. "My husband and I went to the restaurant for a late lunch. The hostess was friendly and seated us promptly. Our server quickly arrived at our table, but did not introduce himself so we did not know his name. He was pleasant, but could have been more enthusiastic. We ordered our drinks right away - I had the blackberry margarita and my husband had a soda. The margarita was tasty but a bit expensive. For our main course, we ordered burgers. I had the southern smokehouse burger which was supposed to come with BBQ sauce, but I did not receive it. My husband had the old timer, both served with fries. The burgers and fries were delicious and generous in size - I was only able to finish half of mine. Despite the server's shortcomings, we plan to give the restaurant another chance in the hope of a better experience next time. I would still recommend the restaurant due to the quality of the food."

"Do you want Chili's for lunch? Sure said I. Thinking that the dine out experience would be equal to dining in. Clearly it isn't, I don't know what this chicken sliced gizzard looking stuff on lettuce is supposed to be but it certainly isn't a chicken Caesar salad that I would receive if I was sitting in the dining room. "Chilies McKellips Coming to check out the new bar menu. Waited 18 minutes at the bar top to receive service. Not welcoming, not friendly No smiles. No eye contact. No positive engagement. There were eight people in the entire bar area and the bar top was completely empty. The staff was congregated in the back area. After selecting my seat, 20 mins later) I moved 2 seats over to view the game on tv. Again there was no one else at the bar top. After I moved seats the bartender came to take the drink order, she cleared a glass water that was sitting there along with three drink napkins, she made a comment that those 3 seats were on hold Bartender was holding seats for regulars that were not here. We asked for a manager and no one on site. Approximately 10 mins later, A couple Customer arrived and Tension with staff and the two customers started , they were explaining whispering) what happened and blamed me for their seat disruption. Hey we had those saved! Then immediately The regular customer was frustrated because his game was not being shown on the TV and he became loud and firm in a disruptive open conversation between the bartender and front staff regarding which channels can be turned or changed which TV units cannot be turned regarding sports channels. Another regular female customer sits at the bar and calls out to the couple sitting next to me, stating; hey you guys are in the wrong seats, it must be uncomfortable for you. During my entire experience today, the two customers complained to staff entire time about us sitting in their saved assigned seats. We did not receive the same high level of service as the regular customer experienced. As we left , absolutely no acknowledgment of thank you, Hope see again and please come back. Nothing!!"

"Our dinner experience tonight was absolutely wonderful! We received a warm welcome and were seated right away. Our server arrived promptly and was incredibly helpful and professional. He cheerfully refilled our glasses and didn't hesitate when I requested an extra dipping sauce for my appetizer. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meal, and he said it was the best-baked potatoes he had had in a long time. I frequently visit Chili's for their signature dish, the Southwestern Egg Rolls, especially because I love the avocado ranch sauce that pairs perfectly with the appetizer. The friendly service, delicious food, and positive atmosphere consistently combine to make this Chili's a place we love to return to!"

"Haven't been here in 2 years since just before the pandemic hit, we live across the border in Niagara Falls and my father and mother always wanted to go across the border. This was one of our favorite restaurants!! This was our 2nd visit in 4 days across the border but we had to come here as it was 1 of my dad's favorites and sadly we lost him in July. My mom and I had a couple of our favorites. We are so glad that you carry awesome blossom onion petals now as they were absolutely fabulous and my mom loved her favorite Southwest chicken soup!! Lena was our waitress in the restaurant side and we couldn't have been happier as she was extremely friendly, cheerful, had a friendly smile and very accommodating! This young lady is a great asset to your restaurant as prior to the pandemic, a lot of the serving staff and management were not so great!!! That's why we even had stopped coming here for a short time. The pandemic seems to have served you and us as well in one respect!! We are grateful for the changeover in staff. We'll be back for Lena and the new menu and happy hour!!!"

"My friend and I were in town on weekends and found Francie two years ago because it was close to our hotel, we stopped for lunch as soon as we landed. It was still very familiar faces that the bar, sports on TV, beer including some local selection and good food. Love it and we went back to watch a game Saturday and were privileged to be part of a wedding party while stopping at their favorite bar briefly. Fun place, cold beer, good food, friendly faces, what more could you ask?"

"This is 2 pictures of the House Salad at Chili's restaurant that I purchased tonight. It was for my wife we are both on our 60's and 70's. Well it was no welcome surprise to either of us when 30 minutes later I got home. Haven't been to a walk in restaurant in a year! Thanks Chili's restaurant in Paragould for a worthless salad I am appalled. I've written hundreds of reviews and none ever like this 1/2 star only because I thought the waitress was nice. All I can say is wow!!!"
