"So I feel compelled to write a review after reading all of the terrible ones. I just finished eating my first meal from this restaurant, as I am new to the area. I ordered before reading the reviews, so I was a little worried while I waited for my food, expecting the worst. Delivery was early- before projected time- and driver was polite and efficient. My chicken salad sandwich was just like my mom always made, and the tomato and roll were fresh and good. The hush puppies were also enjoyable- crunchy but not dry. I noted the diced onion and herbs inside. The macaroni and cheese was not for me, as it is very bland. That being said, it WAS like all the macaroni and cheese I've had in South Carolina (generally plain, made with egg). Slaw was creamy and delicious. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. I hope they continue to provide consistency in their cooking and service."
