"I wish I could leave zero stars! Worst experience ever. I scheduled a pickup order for 7:30 pm, the earliest I was able to pick it up, but within minutes of placing the order, I got a text message saying it was ready for pickup — over an hour before my scheduled pickup time. I immediately called the store and asked them what was going on, and they said they didn’t realize it was supposed to be for 7:30 pm and that they would make it fresh for the correct time. When I arrived at the scheduled time to pick it up, my entire order was sitting out on a table — not even under heat. I asked if the food had been sitting out for over an hour and they said yes. I asked if they could remake it because I didn’t feel comfortable eating sushi that’s been sitting at room temperature for over an hour and they refused."
