"The restaurant offers a great variety of appetizers, salads, and pizzas. It would be my top choice if I couldn't decide on where else to go and lived nearby. The salad was delicious and perfectly balanced. The smashed potatoes appetizer is a must-try for any potato lover. The pizza and calzone can be customized with your favorite toppings, but the ones we ordered were spot-on."

"Flavorful quality food for decent prices and genuine service. For about $13-15 you can land an impressively satisfying lunch or dinner here. My White BBQ Chicken Sandwich (pepper jack and bacon) and side Broccoli Salad (included sunflower seeds, bacon, and an assortment of other delicious items) were on point. Spicy BBQ flavor was tight. Not bland; not overdone. Staff was surprisingly attentive for such a low-key place. Kudos for creating a meal and experience that merit a return visit."

"Well I stopped in for The 1st time to get a sandwich and try this place out. I ordered and Eric's Ruben Sandwich. And a small drink as you can see from the pictures it's a canning jar glass jar of that they serve you for a drink which is very nice because I like drinking a glass not plastic and paper any of the and so that was nice and I got the lightly sweetened green tea and they had wedges of lemon which I put several in and it was very delicious I enjoyed it I had to 2 jars will and when my sandwich came as you can see in the pictures looks very nice the sandwich was actually excellent it had just the right amount of meat for me which is not a whole lot just and just the right amount of sauerkraut and so I really was enjoying the sandwich until about halfway into this 2nd half of the sandwich I bit into something that wasn't food and it was obviously a piece of a plastic bag usually something that comes with food in it that they do not prepare themselves and so they cut the bag open and this piece ended up in the sandwich. I personally have Had 3 restaurants of my own in the past and I was very Very careful not to have these types of incidents happening in my restaurant so I was very very careful in how I train my staff and how things were handled most of my stuff I made from scratch so but you always are handling paper goods or plastic goods or some kind of packaging but I never had any incidences like this and the most disgusting thing you can ever have in your food of course is hair but packaging is not a nice thing to have in your food also so I took it back I took the piece of plastic to the counter and told them about it being in my food and they tried to say it was a piece of onion skin and I told the girl that is not food that is plastic and so she showed it to the head guy the manager obviously he apologized profusely offered to make me another sandwich and even though I was nearly done with the 1st sandwich I agreed to let them make me another And so I did . If that with my restaurant I would have offered the customer their money back or a gift certificate or not just their sandwich knowing that they've already eating that sandwich pretty much but all of those options would have been something you should do for a customer and I know some people are not honest and they say they had something in their food but I would not do that and so of course the piece of plastic which is in a picture on the player was truly in the middle of my Sandwich. But all in all the food was really good and I would recommend it I just hope you don't get anything in your food!!"

"Absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I tried this place once and hated it and decide why not give it a second shot because I know people who kinda like it. Fool me once shame on you … fool me twice shame on ME. Absolutely gross. My sandwich was pathetic and soggy as hell, the lettuce was straight up brown, put one pickle on it, one pepper … just gross, even tasted rotten. I had one bite and had to spit it out as I feared I was going to get food poisoning it tasted just rotten. Waste of my money. Honestly Subway is better quality."

"Came in for lunch. Got the new ciao down sandwich. I added cucumber it was delicious had a good ratio of ingredients. I also got a cup of the Italian wedding soup. It was a little bland so added salt and pepper. Ended it with some carrot cake was nice and moist. I also got some whole dill pickles but forgot pics. They have my favorite pickles and good news if you like them. The cashier told me they are going to start carrying jars of 12-15 pickles for 6.99 not sure if that's all locations or just the one on bascom."

"Their remodel looks great, but unfortunately it came with new menu prices. Most sandwiches are around $9 and a cup of soup is $4.50 now. The last couple of times we were there they were out of a soup and it was 12:30pm with no line. They do make excellent sandwiches and soups, as well as offering great gluten-free options."
