"So much for celebrating a 10 year Wedding Anniversary.....upon standing at the hostess station they told us they needed to close (we had a 6:30 reservation). Their reason was they ran out of food. To be fair their was local festival occurring that may have resulted in an influx of patrons, but since I booked on OpenTable the least they could have done was send a comment, cancel my reservation, etc. They did nothing, we drove 45 mins (2 cars), paid for parking (2 cars) and walked in to find out they were closing at 6:30pm. I asked to speak to a manager; end result was they offered us 1 free appetizer card for next time....there will be no next time."

"Once again Mortons demonstrates it's inability to prepare a steak at medium temperature. It took two return trips to the cook and the end result was a filet mignon that was ruined. To their credit the other entree's were closer to what was desired and only one entree was cooked perfectly as ordered. Not the time this has happened nor the last I am afraid to say. You would have thought the ruined steak would have been removed from the bill but instead, a free desert was offered. The only thing that saved this special occasion birthday dinner on Mother's Day was the great table service and the company"

"we arrived 10 minutes early and although our table was ready and there were very few diners we said we had to wait because they had no server. our server was very nice but was not understandable about the menu. we asked about the sauces and he was not in agreement with his description. he had to go to the kitchen to ask. we had servale courses and they would take away the cute, but then not replace them. we had dirty dishes that were stacked together, and we stacked our tellers to make a place at the table. we had to ask serval times for new bestecke when we were eating before us. After our steaks arrived, we had to ask for the sauces we had ordered so many times, we sat with hot food waiting for cutlery and sauces while we had warm food before us. for the $800 w tipp for 5 people I was disappointed with the service."

"Our second visit here and tried the Sushi this time. It was very good! We will definitely be back, but it will be hard to decide what to order; Italian or Sushi!! We like the atmosphere of the restaurant also, nice mellow music in the background and we understand there will be entertainment some evenings! Also, valet parking Friday and Saturday nights really helps at this busy area of Lakewood."

"Maybe one of the best meals I’ve had in a year or more—capped off by great cocktails and exceptional service from our waiter, Val. He was attentive without being intrusive and took exceptional care of us. The glazed short rib was so tender it practically melted in my mouth. The bread with chive oil was a delightful surprise. Absolutely loved STK, best meal my entire trip to Atlanta!!!"

"Overall disappointing visit. I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant and booked a table with friends for my Wife’s Bday. Initial service was good, then dropped off. Ordered an app that they ran out of and then they changed it for a more expensive app without telling us. Then my friend ordered Lasagna, which is pretty much a staple for an Italian restaurant and after 30 minutes, the server came back and told us they were out of it. How do you run out of lasagna? Then we get the bill and they added a 9 covid up charge that wasn’t taken off even though I asked so we just paid the bill and left. Too many other good restaurants in the area to go to for the we paid."

"too crowded and overrated. our reservation for 9:30 am and was only served 10:20 am. she asked one of the hostess why they overbook, and she said “in anticipation for cancellations.” After the whole evening meal was over, it was midnight. all our steaks were pretty good. my man got the act and asked about it medium, and it rarely came out, he ate only around him because he didn't want to send it back because he was willing to go home at this time. the Macn cheese was slightly dry, but had a good taste. but the Tator dead are one. apparently they take 2 days to prepare. the ambiente is beautiful, has a dj during dinner in the middle of the restaurant. can not be the mood for everyone. but it was not worth the hype. they prefer to go over the road to del friscos and have a nice, punctual dinner."

"Really disappointed in our first experience at the new location. Always had great experiences at the original place. 5 friends having dinner- just 5-not a table of 12 but it felt like a disconnect from the start. Hostesses not very welcoming or friendly. One friend had to ask for his tea 4-5 times. Bread and salads were good but small. One ordered a special to be told about 10 minutes later that they were out- this was at 5:30 pm and the special was octopus- how can a special be gone at 5:30? One asked for no onions on the salad or in the Stromboli and onions came with both. 4 meals were delivered and we were asked if we needed anything else? Yes/ the fifth’s meal. We were told that the kitchen made a mistake on the dish but that it should only be 3 minutes. Others needed to eat or risk everything being cold. The dish (from the oven dish) arrived lukewarm as the others were finished with their meals. Appreciated the manager comping some of the charges where there were issues. I think we will give another chance but if similar experience we will likely not return."
