"Best bourbon manhattan I've ever had! Our server John was extremely attentive. We were celebrating a special birthday and he noted this immediately and at the end brought a lovely complimentary dessert. My husband's filet mignon was cooked perfectly to his requested degree of doneness and his double baked potato was spectacular. My Italian sausage was good but a bit on the salty side. Its accompanying pasta was blah--tasted like a can of Hunt's tomato sauce had been dumped on it, and the grated cheese was pathetic, not up to fine Italian dining standards and several grades below the old Avanzare standard. Food costs are up and margins low, but Vero Prime should aim higher even if they have to raise the price of this offering."
