"Waited over 20 minutes for a reservation. Fried Calamari came out cold and didn’t taste good, the waiter was kind enough to remove it as he saw I did not eat it. Wild scampi Shrimp were great…bread to dunk in the scampi was delicious. Eggplant parm was good but also came out cold but edible. Waiter was informative on the menu."

"It was my one year anniversary with my girlfriend. It was our first time eating here and the service was better than anywhere we have ever been. She has an egg allergy and the waitress checked at least 10 times with the chef to make sure everything was eggless that we were ordering. The food was outstanding and for the price we were blown away. 10/10 recommend to anyone that is looking for an amazing restaurant with the most relaxing ambiance for an anniversary. It will truly be a memory my girlfriend and I remember forever."

"The bloom is off this rose. Used to be a great place with some dependable dishes. The arancini was room temp, the bolognese was underseasoned and the pasta was over cooked. The food was just OK, but at those prices for pasta, just OK isn't going to cut it. The grilled branzino was the sole bright spot for the evening. It was delicious. Also, on the general houskeeping front, the bathroom looked as if it hadn't been attended to all evening as the traschan was overflowinf with paper towels."

"Lunch was nice outside in the terrace. It costs $55 for a cappuccino, a pizza and a pasta dish. We lay $16 for a larger pizza with 5 toppings and substantial crust on Dominos I Shrimp Pesto was spiced and the olive oil was definitely not EVOO. The server has not checked for us after we got our food so I was never able to get salt and pepper, more pesto sauce or tell him that my shrimps were boiled under. I don't want to return soon. It's like Sixty Vines. Previously fantastic, prices skyrocketed, service and quality of food went down. I understand there are a lot of sales and attitude problems now, so some Grace is given for it, but at this time we still prefer to cook and eat at home."

"of course a disappointment. we wanted to try here for one thing and the first look is the room nice. very large glass window kitchen very nice. reservations simply by open table. spicy **** mary was excellent and also our server. well, not so great. grilled brot appetizer tasted good, but most of the brotes was so hard that you could not bite through them. bolognese so dry and tasteless that the dish was unpleasant to eat. my breakfast carbonara had no taste at all. we both tried to supplement the table, salt and pepper, but it wasn't enough. we could not understand that the pension for the hostess staff. at brunch navel baring mini röcke? it's brunch people. a little early for club amusement."

"my family and I went to the north italia silvester at the location plano. we had to order from the nye 23 set menu. it was $65.00 per person that contains a starter, main and dessert. I had not expected much, but I was pleasantly surprised with the generous portions with all being directed! the shrimp scampi starter came with 4 garnen and toasts, the house bolognese never disappointed. the seasonal pumpkin spicy buttercake with vanille gelato was delicious. other guests had the lobster ricotta gnocchi and beef tenderloin marsala and they loved it! our server was extremely attentive and excellent! I recommend going to north italia! we enjoyed the experience!"

"Had lunch with friends on a busy Friday! Place was packed even the new section on the east side. Food was good and the service was fantastic. Prices are moderate except for wine which is expensive although the list is quite good. Italian food is high quality and different from the Southern Italian fare in so many local restaurants. Would definitely recommend the place."

"The food? Delicious and beautifully presented. The host/host team? Nice and efficient. Service? Kwan? was lovely. The ambience? Loved the mood and the atmosphere. Music was good. The only negative aspect of the evening was the volume of music. We sat in the center of the dining area and found it difficult to talk without increasing our voices and asking us to repeat. Would recommend and demand that the volume of music be revalued. Would definitely return, but probably eat outside or request another location in the dining room."

"warm reception from the host, please show us on our reserved table. we decided to wait for cousins at the bar and enjoy delicious drinks. we were offered water immediately, but I had to ask for a menu. all kind. love the bar! each app better than the next. hown was beautiful and brought us rectangular plates and servier spoons to feed the crazy good carpaccio, burrata, meatballs and cale salate. the truffle garlauchbrot disappeared sooo. fast. - yes. we ate crispy Auberginen-Appetizer as one of our entrees and it was fabulous along with our usual rigatoni vodka. big wein and more perfect bombilini for dessert could not have been better. "I was really very disappointed by my experience here. I went with a large working group, and the resturaunt is loud, where one had to scream at the other end of the table so that they could hear you. they have made 2 of our orders, and the pasta has not been completely cooked. that's not great because they're an Italian place. I'll never be here again."

"the pizza is exceptional. the service was pretty good. my only question concerns the hostesses. we usually go when the restaurant is not very busy. the hostesses always try to put us (only part of 2) in a table in the middle of the restaurant. then we say no to them and demand one. I understand that they are trying to keep tables open for larger parties, but that is not a problem when we are there."

"The shrimp in our shrimp scampi was delicious. However, the sauce was a little thin. Much thinner than what we are used to as it is our go to dish that we split during lunch. Also, the farm salad was mostly cabbage with very little cheese. We’ve had the salad multiple times and this time it just seem to be off our server. Cory was excellent and overall we enjoyed dining at North Italia."
