"The restaurant features a classic steakhouse decor and ambiance, complemented by equally impressive service and food. All the steaks served are prime cuts and cooked to perfection, boasting a delightful crust. I tried the special cap steak, which was both flavorful and as tender as a filet. They also offer a tomahawk cut. The cowboy ribeye was outstanding as well. The salads and sides were exceptional, with the tableside-prepared Caesar salad being particularly memorable. The kale salad, softened and complemented by parmesan and pine nuts, was a delight. The gnocchi were simply divine. This is the best steak I've had since dining at Peter Luger in New York, and definitely the finest in the Denver area."
