"I wish my memory was better and I listened to my daughter who told me that we'd been there before and despised it. Unfortunately I didn't remember the first experience and thought why not give it a second chance. The store was empty yet it still took the two employees over 15 minutes to make two smoothies because they had to make them one at a time because they only have ONE blender! It's a smoothie place for goodness sake! And after the LONG wait the smoothies tasted like toilet water. To get a bad smoothie is bad enough, but to have to wait for a bad smoothie and pay over $7 each is outrageous. This is definitely going in the memory bank this time. Will not be going back. New customers beware!"

I choose the toast called PB N (peanut butter Nutella fruit) and fruit bowl with Greek yogurt, granola, fruit, and Nutella whipped cream. It was fantastic.2) The ambiance is amazing! "I went there Monday for the first time. The new owner was so nice the place is so clean. And the young girl working at the counter was so helpful. I didn’t know what to get. She offered me like a tropical fruit bowl with coconut bass which is delicious. It’s so clean and very cozy. I would recommend this place to anyone and the owner let me know that they host a little birthday parties or little gatherings there. I believe her name was Jenny.Kid-friendliness: They have a little games on the tables for the children to play or even grown-ups to play to"

"I cannot emphasize enough how much of a disaster this place is. First of all, the ice cream is $12 (the cheapest option!) making this place incredibly overpriced, not worth the wait, and with a terrible atmosphere. The service was also terrible, with the workers seeming angry with us as though we were bothering them just by being there! The ice cream itself wasn't even that good - just frozen milk in a cone, definitely not worth the price. I would recommend going to a better ice cream shop instead. Avoid this place when craving ice cream."

"Quite disappointed with their service tonight. It was my first time there but I don’t think I would ever go there again. They were busy when I got there around 9:20pm. There were several orders ahead of us so I patiently waited. I had ordered two items. The order before us got some of their items and then they skipped to many others after me. Then went back some previous orders. There wasn’t any rhyme or reason how they were making each order. Seeing they were skipping around I waited little longer before inquiring about rest of my order and learned they had no plans to make my second order. The girl working there went around to each employee asking if they had made my order and all said no. It wasn’t even in the queue. I requested to have a refund which they did so by cash. I would have preferred refund on card but the girl didn’t know how to even refund so called her manager before handing me cash. Shortly after I requested a spoon and the girl acted like she didn’t hear me and walked away. I asked another person working there and same, didn’t hear me. So I had to shout to get a spoon! My time was wasted and teenagers working there quite honestly don’t care of providing good service. They didn’t care if orders got screwed up or missed. Overall I spent about 45-50 min at this place today."

"Delivery to my residence from your establishment takes 5-7min as I live within 4 blocks of your establishment. As per the consistency of the smoothies upon arrival, usually they do NOT look like in the attached photos. I am aware that fresh fruit separates, but usually when u shake the smoothies it returns to a normal blended state. That is why I attached a video as well.The watery consistency is a new occurrence. Last few deliveries I be exact! P.S: I will purchase 1 today"

"Rush Bowls are good for you and just plain good. I love the berry bowl and the staff will add the toppings you want, and they even abide me asking for extra granola on top with my honey.When I'm in a hurry between meetings, I could stop by McDonalds and grab something fast, or I could stop by Rush Bowls and treat my body to something that will give it sustenance. And my mouth is happy too...because it tastes phenomenal. Added bonus, there is usually parking right on the other side of the street. Perfect."

"I just ordered through the app and went to pick up my order. It looked like only one person was working (kudos to her, she was hauling). People who ordered in person were prioritized before people who ordered via the app (me). Also I tried to cancel my order thru the app...it won't let you do that, you have to call the store. I called to cancel and no one answered the phone.I want to love this location but they are consistently understaffed during rush hours. I feel bad for their employees. I have gotten smoothie bowls and smoothies and the food is always great (although small portions for an inflated price). If they want to be successful, they need to hire more people at a living wage. I can just tell that their employees aren't supported well."

"We came for the pancakes! And also got the poutine which was soo yummy. Ok, pancakes ranked (1 best, 6 hell no):#1. Cinnamon, 2. Butterscotch chip 3. Mac n cheese 4. White chocolate chip 5. Pecan 6. Dulce LecheWished I tried more. But really, I came for the mac n cheese pancakes. They’re not super cheesy AT ALL. In fact it’s very subtle until you get to the middle of the pancakes. I can see myself snacking on one as a treat but probably won’t order it for a meal again. It’s worth trying though! And it does taste good. The raspberry iced tea wasn’t sweetened, which worked out in the end with all those pancakes!I’d you’re dining in, it’s a small space so you might need to a wait on line a little. The staff is super sweet."
