"Surprisingly excellent breakfast bar, with very polite and helpful staff. Have already made a point to go back again. Loved it both times. Tipped $10 on $34 and still feel I maybe should've tipped a bit more. (Partly because I noticed he'd only received $3 from the table behind us) BTW we got there w 5 minutes left for the breakfast bar, so that's why we were able to get multiple plates at once. They were taking everything apart. I believe $5 per person is the MINIMUM tip regardless of the bill, for good service, so therefore I kinda feel I should've tipped more. But I know it was appreciated. Definitely recommend that particular store though. I'll now try it out here in Louisville, hoping for similar..."

"we have decided to make a job from fresh on bechtle ave that would not have been happier. everything about the ordering process was perfect. first, the woman who took the command over the phone did not hurry, even though we knew that the restaurant was busy at that time; she was professional, polite, had a great personality. she read the order back without being asked, it was right. as we had been looking for the order pickup, the order was ready in time, the young man in the drive-thru window was also very human, courteous, thanked us for coming to fresh’s (at most places the person in the window in the usually only hands they had their change their bag of eating closes the window without the customers to appreciate it.) now, based on experience from other restaurants, in the big scheme of the dinge could say some what is the big thing? it's just burger fries fabulous swirl rings, but what it really cooks down, is customer service that customers like to treat, and this fresh gets it right!"

"I just had lunch at the Frischs at the Wards Corner exit. I would just like to say, that they had the best salad bar that I have seen at a Frisch’s in a long time! Many items to choose from, everything was fresh and full, and they even offered pieces of their pies and cake for dessert! My big boy sandwich was delicious as well. And my waitress Karen was very friendly and efficient! It was a very good experience at Frischs today!"

"Such a great experience!!! I've been going to Frischs, all around, since I was born, it's a convenient place with great prices!!! This time best friend and I went and we got the breakfast bar! It was Super Bowl Sunday morning shortly after churches let out so it was B-U-S-Y. That being said, I was overly impressed by the Hot Bar attendant who kept up on restocking every thing as other disappeared rather quickly. The service itself was also wonderful, the lady was kind and efficient. She even went out of her way to assist us, hot bar was out of sausage links which my bestie was craving, not only did she inform the back on the shortage, she brought us fresh sausages so we didn't have to go up to the bar ourselves, talk about service!!"

I pulled into the drive through 5 mins till closing and they totally hooked me up on my order even though I'm the jerk that came while they were trying to close up. The sweet pregnant lady is rocking her work environment with a huge smile in her face! "Then last time I got food delivered from here was on the day of the found out my dad died. I ordered the grilled chicken meal with Mashed potatoes, fries and a slice of coconut cream pie. They sent me a piece of chicken that looked like it belonged on a sandwich instead of the grilled chicken. I only got the potatoes and no fries and no pie. To say it made my already day worse would be an understatement. It wouldn't of been so bad if they had given me the coconut cream pie which is the only reason I ordered in the first place sadly. I shouldnt have ordered in the first place because the last few times I've gotten food from here delivered something is always missing or wrong."

"This location was so much better than the Columbus locations. I ordered a patty melt (I didn't see it on the menu), and it was really good. I also ordered my fries well done that was a win. I also got the salad bar. Apparently no one pays much attention to the salad bar. Several items needed refilling and the staff had to be notified. I don't care for Frisch's ranch dressing, so I tried the honey mustard. It was really good. One gripe I have is the salad bar costs so much. I believe it is the same price with or without ordering something else. On a side note, they were out of Coke. Not sure how that happens, but apparently it does. I suggested they go to Kroger buy some 2 liters and the waitress said that's what they usually do."

"Went through the drive thru tonight and had an absolute amazing experience. From the time we pulled up to place our order we were met with a kind and cheerful voice. Brittni answered all my questions , and if certain items were available. When we pulled around to pay, Brittni had a smile and was super kind. Handed us our drink asked if we needed sauces. The whole interaction with her was nothing but wonderful. Her customer service was a breath of fresh air. Hands down the best I have had in a long time. "I recently had a disappointing experience at Frisch's, particularly at the Lebanon and Monroe Mason locations. However, yesterday around 2PM, I had a pleasant surprise. The soup and dessert we ordered from the drive-through were delicious and well-prepared. My mom, who hasn't been feeling well, appreciated the fact that the soup actually had vegetables in it this time. I want to thank the Springboro, OH location for the great meal. The woman with dark hair who handed us our food was polite and I hope she gets a raise for serving exceptionally good food, just like it used to be."

"My husband and and I used to frequent Frisch’s often in years past. We hadn’t been in a few years. We were traveling down to Goshen to visit the high school stadium (named after our father Jim Brown stadium) and thought we’d stop in for old times sake. Our waitress was Selena. She was fantastic! "Today we brought a group of 20 to Milford Frischs and had a wonderful culinary experience. Very attentive service, quickly accommodated our large group if Cracker Barrel does not. Food was hot and came out quite quickly that we were not the only big group in the restaurant. The ladder/manager, went beyond and beyond to come to every table several times to make sure everyone was happy. She was great!"
