"One of my favorite bakeries in the city especially for bagels. It’s a bit out of the way if you are heading to Manhattan but convenient if you are flying into or out of LGA, I’d recommend stopping here after picking up the rental or as a nice surprise for the trip home.The bagels are hand rolled and boiled the old fashioned way in an oven that’s been around for many years. Besides the tradition, everything tastes wonderful. They now have mini bagels that I might give them a try the next time.Also offered is a small place out front for lunch or to grab a breakfast bite with a wide variety of bagel sandwiches, choices for cream cheese, cakes and cookies.Worth a stop even if it’s a bit out of the way. Nice way to earn some brownie points (literally an offering)."
