"positiw: eating was very good. the noise level was low and we were able to talk comfortably. we weren't getting a good place for friends again. excellent view. negatiw: we left the elevator that expected a restaurant, instead found a bar, some tables near the bar and on the side of the bar. ok, casual. there was a hostess stand, but no hostess. after standing for a minute or two, my man went to the reception to ask where is the restaurant and the woman pointed out where we stood. So we found a table. after a short while, a friend went to the bar and said they had red-white victory. they also have a beer list. she went back to tell the bartender what we wanted to drink and asked about eating. it was provided with a sticky notiz block. we had to write our own food order. she could find the cutlery and serviette rolls. another few behind us got her to eat and looked for season. our friend opened a cabinet and got it what they needed. the manager swung around and we found out that all the server, except the lonely, for the night retrieved. he was alone. that came to eat minus that of my man. So we had to wait for them to prepare his meal. the manager apologized. When the bill came, we were not paid for my friend being our waitress and not bringing the food of my man. I know that nothing can be done if the employees decided not to show up for the work. but I would have thought they had a plan b. this restaurant has been open since one because it seems that it had opened the night and I was very disappointed that we as paying customers were not provided any compensation or care for the devastating night. unfortunately we will never visit this facility again."
