"We have lived here for years and have tried many times to give them a chance. They are constantly leading up orders and when they do, they owe to the customer or say they 'ASSUMED' otherwise, never offer a refund or replacement of the stuffed items on the order. This has always happened. The last time I called that they screwed up our order (to several things), they said, "I can go somewhere and that a customer lose 't kill them'. I will add that every time, I was very polite and was hit in an extremely defensive way, the guilt on me (I am very clear at the order, for example. a big salad, is a big salad...not a big 'bored chicken salad ', whether a big salad is on the menu or not any assumptions should ever be made by buyers)...not the way to run a business and not we will not go back."

"Satyr Grill has the freshest burgers I had ever delivered. So fresh and so good that I use most restaurants in my area (Ridgewood/Glendale) in or delivery pre-cooked or frozen patties, instead of the good ol’ slapping ground beef in a burger the way to get home before it on the grill!! But Satyr Grill takes her time to make a real burger!! Your Gyros are also really good and the service is A. All around them are in my Top 3 when choosing the Takeout!"

"I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant since the 90s. The service used to be consistently good, but my most recent order through Grubhub was disappointing. I did not receive the plastic silverware, extra bread, or Italian dressing that I had requested. They also no longer provide parmesan cheese or cracked red pepper with meals. I would be willing to pay extra for these items if they were on the menu. Not receiving them really affected my dining experience."

"I'm just going to the pizza because I didn't have their other dishes and the pizza was delivery or pickup. Both were fast and wonderful pizza. Dinner crust I like and the sauce is perfection. A beautiful consistency and taste is not too spicy and not too sweet. The only thing I would say is that the green peppers were cut thin and that could be thicker. Except this excellent pizza!"

"A restaurant so nice I had to enjoy it twice! They did an AMAZING job for a private event I was privileged to speak at. The staff was impeccable. The food was great. Wonderfully comfortable atmosphere! Being a steak house, I had to experience their famous steaks. I discovered why they're so famous, having enjoyed one of the absolute best steaks I've ever had! And the lounge area was also the best mix of old school and modern comfort. HIGHLY recommend! I had a steak at Smoke House the night before, and as good as that was, Petrelli's was even better. Parking: Easy, free parking in greater LA?! YAY!"

"I haven't been feeling well and my appetite has been low. Feeling hungry and craving something new, I stumbled upon Jr's. The food was decent, the music had a nostalgic Sunday feel. The portions were a bit small and the prices were a bit high, but that seems to be the case everywhere after Covid. I would definitely give it another try."

"Terrible!!! Not much to choose from in Beaumont that is the only reason this place stays open. My husband and I decided to come have lunch on a Friday before our girls got out of school. First up was drinks, ordered the ultimate margarita for $15, took two sips and could not finish it. It tasted like straight sweet and sour. Next we ordered wings (for an app), fish and chips and a Asian salad. 45 mins later it came out... our fish was burnt, and fries were cold. 10 min later our wings came out??? After the food!!! It's an app?? We sat next to a bucket of cleaner with multiple flys flying around. Waitresses were flat out rude! Not attentive but we did watch them from the kitchen door hiding from the dining room, taking multiple shots then stumbling out and broke a shot glass which went everywhere and then laugh about it. Maybe the owner needs to observe and clean house!!! Do not recommend this place at all. I'd rather go to Del Taco or McDonalds. Good for them their only competitors are Chilis and Applebees. So LACK of options."

"If you are craving New York style pizza then this place is it! From the appetizers I tried the garlic knots, Mac n cheese bites, and a crapresse salad and I loved all three of them For the pizza we ordered the classic cheese pizza, margarita and pineapples and again it was delicious!!! You have to fold the pizza like a true New Yorker when eating it bc the slices are HUGE!! Even though we were full at this point, there's always room for dessert! We tried the New York style cheesecake, peanut butter mouse pie, chocolate cheesecake and it was literally dessert galore! There's not a single item on their menu that is not good! Everything is Their staff is very friendly and our waitress kept checking on us to make sure everything was going well. Also I was in love with their ambiance! It definitely feels like you are at a pizza place in New York. Hands down definitely recommend this place"
