"I need to mention that we always seem to misunderstand each other, and I'm not sure why. The last three deliveries we've received were either incorrect, cold, or sometimes both. I do want to give a shout-out to Zac, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, along with our delivery person. However, I'm not even sure if we got our order right tonight because it has consistently been cold or wrong!"
