"There 's almost always a long line. I usually take the drive through when I do come here and have never had a problem with my order. I think their chicken sandwich is kind of pathetic and lacking however. The last time I came into the very modern feeling lobby, tried to order at the counter and was redirected to the kiosk. Frustrating, gross, and took much longer when I already knew exactly what I wanted. I don 't remember if there was hand sanitizer. Sad to see how our world is progressing, I 'm going to miss the communication aspect of ordering out. Also everything took between 30 45 minutes after 6pm. I almost left but we were on a road trip. The only really nice thing is they make their own unsweetened iced tea, and I guess the employees have never been rude but it was disconcerting to watch a few of them taking on multiple jobs around the kitchen and order window without gloves or hand washing. Also just because you wear a hat doesn 't mean your hair doesn 't fall out and some people could definitely use a hair net in my opinion. Honestly, if I 'have to ' I may come through the drive in but will probably never be inside again. Not my type of ordering environment. Sept '22"
