"I didn't know how great this place was going to be, so I didn't take a photo before we devoured everything. The leftovers in the picture are all that's left because we almost finished everything. The restaurant is located in an old Taco Bell building, but inside is a friendly older woman who took our order and patiently answered all of our questions since it was our first visit. This family-owned restaurant is fantastic, and I rarely say that about Mexican restaurants outside of south Phoenix. The green chili fry bread was amazing, and the strips are a must-try as everyone orders them. The place was constantly packed with people coming in, and for good reason. While there are fancier new restaurants nearby, stopping here will not disappoint you. We will definitely be back!"
