"My daughter and grandson visited Jagged Edge in WB for breakfast. My daughter ordered a full breakfast for under $12, but when she ordered oatmeal for my grandson, they charged $12. When she questioned the price, the server was rude and the manager was also rude when she asked to speak with him. The manager was speaking disrespectfully to another customer. This lack of professional customer service was unacceptable. We expect for this situation to be corrected, and if my daughter comes in with her party of 10 in the future, we hope to receive a refund for the overpriced oatmeal. Unfortunately, we will not be returning as customers and will be sharing our negative experience with friends, family, and clients. This includes the rudeness displayed by both the manager and server."
