"Our party of five had booked a reservation at Love Language restaurant through OpenTable a month in advance. However, yesterday, OpenTable sent us an email to confirm our reservation. Excited for our Wednesday night dinner, we arrived via Uber at the restaurant at 6:50 PM, ten minutes ahead of our 7:00 PM reservation. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, we were met with a dark, empty, and unmistakably closed restaurant. This unexpected turn of events left us bewildered and inconvenienced. We had to arrange for another Uber to transport us to an alternate dining spot. It's puzzling why Love Language allowed us to make reservations through OpenTable if they were closed for the evening. In the event of an unforeseen closure, it would have been considerate for them to reach out to patrons to inform them of the situation. This entire experience proved to be quite frustrating and disappointing."
