"The staff was exceptional—truly couldn't have asked for better service! They were all very courteous. Since there isn't a location in our city, we decided to drive about 30-35 miles to try this place. Once we arrived, we were eager to dig into a burrito, but we were informed that it would take about 20 minutes because they were making tortillas and had to send someone out to pick up supplies. We decided to wait. After about 20-30 minutes with still no tortillas in sight, the manager came over and generously offered us some vouchers for our next visit (buy one get one free) and assured us that once the tortillas arrived, our meals for the day would be on the house. The food turned out to be fantastic, and the staff even checked in on how we were enjoying our meal. The wait was definitely worth it—it was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back!"
