"I wanted to like this place so bad. I got the Novalicious which was $20 and the bacon egg and cheese. Bread was hard as bricks, hard to chew and tough. Cream cheese was unevenly spread and the bagel was just way to big to even take a bite. When you take a bite, the cream cheese all gets pushed back to the paper.
