"have a reservation here and as soon as we were there, they told us that their system went and could not take customers for the rest of the night. it was not important to us to call us and tell us so that we still made the journey into the city of la. the tables were full of people eating and they said because they could not drink and print food cards that we could not eat there."

"One of the best meals of 2020 and top 10 lifetime! (I love eating had a lot of delicious meals, and worked in SF restaurant biz for 5+ years) Ordered from Hatch during Covid. Everything came beautifully packaged. Arrived as if we were at the restaurant eating. Colors Flavors all gorgeous. I ordered for my daughter and I the EGGCELLENT it was the perfect amount of food. Price point for this meal was so reasonable. Food was truly a culinary work of art. Love love LOVE! Can't rant and rave enough about this place. Definitely will be repeat customers."
