"The service was good and the staff mentioned they were new hires. The beer selection was varied, with only one missing from the menu. The food was average, not exceptional. The sauerkraut balls were baked, not fried, and although they were hot, they lacked crispiness. The "German" potato salad was bland, tasting more like mayo than vinegar or bacon. The schnitzel was okay, crisp and well-seasoned. The sauerkraut side was unique and delicious, loaded with bacon. Both items were worth ordering again. However, the green beans were overcooked, soft, and tasted like they came from a can."
