"This used to be one of my go-to places for a quick dinner, but sadly I think I will have to remove this place my rotation. Tonight I order led the French Dip sandwich, and not only was my order missing my side item, but the sandwich was completely inedible. The beef was overcooked and tasted off, and the au jus was sour and overly salty. My pizookie, which is usually the highlight to any BJs order was over-cooked to the point of being hard, and borderline burnt in places. I ended up throwing the entire meal out. What a waste of $30! Im very dissapointed."
