"Visiting town from Los Angeles for the weekend so we wanted to have a great breakfast before flying home. I have been to many different breakfast and brunch locations throughout Scottsdale and have been to other locations of Eggstasy. Brunch this morning was pretty good although there were some hiccups. Parking is extremely easy as it’s in a shopping center with plenty of available spaces. We arrived at about 10 for breakfast and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. They have a very large menu with a lot of options, which is one of my favorite parts of this restaurant chain. Today our server was very polite and did a great job. However, we were a table of three and two of our dishes came out and then the last dish came about 15 minutes after the other two. The third and late dish was just pancakes, so I have no idea what was going on in the kitchen but pretty much everyone at the table was finishing up their meal when the last breakfast arrived.I chose the Crispy Prosciutto Benedict and added avocado. Overall, it was pretty good although the eggs were not poached well as the eggs were not runny, they were more over hard as the yolk did not run at all, and was more like a hard boiled egg. Also, the prosciutto was good although it was overly salty. I am half Italian and I’ve been eating prosciutto my entire life and this was definitely one of the saltier versions I’ve had in a long time. Finally, the hashbrowns are not crispy, they are more like chopped potatoes so in the future I guess I will ask for extra crispy hashbrowns.Overall a pretty good breakfast, but could definitely have been better. I will most likely choose another item to order next time, even though Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish. However, this version fell a little short so I would recommend the restaurant, but would not recommend ordering the Benedict.Parking: In a shopping center; tons of spacesWheelchair accessibility: No incline or stairs to enter or exit"

"two disappointing server, missing food and overpriced subpar food is the short summary if you do not want to read the details. but if you do, then: my friend and I went there on a date and we were disappointed by the service and availability of menu items. this is the second time that I came into this restaurant specifically for the bacon lollipops. When I first came, they told me that it is not available for breakfast. this time I came to eat and it's the first thing I ordered directly with the drinks. the server assured me that they had them, so we finished the rest of the order. then, after we brought our drinks, our server disappeared and other items we ordered, like the grain bread counter, began to arrive. he waited eagerly for the bacon lollipops and continued to find our server. no luck. then another server saw me from a contemplative around me and asked if he could help me. I asked him to find our server, but then he tells me that our server has actually gone for the day and that he would help us now. well, so I asked him if he can check on our bacon lollipops, and then he tells me that they don't have them and that the other server would have told me that. it was at this moment that I knew that this culinary experience would be a catastrophe. what followed, was this new server that had only one table, went on the back and eat a meal while we waited for some we had asked. my friend ordered an salate missing the avocados. I had also ordered a donut, never came, and finally we went to pay and what was on the bill? the bacon lollipops. we had to find a third server to help us correct and pay the bill, as the second server was also gone."
