"Terrible experience. We didn't get our food for 90 minutes. They ran out of ribs and chicken. Crazy for a BBQ place to not have ribs OR chicken. Our poor server was assigned too many tables and did her best to make sure we got drinks and food, but this place was just totally mismanaged and failed on so many levels. Waiting 90 minutes for food is inexcusable. We weren't even comped. I would strongly recommend against eating at this franchise of Dinosaur BBQ, which is an amazing experience in other cities (like Rochester)."
