"The owners of this restaurant take great pride in their commitment to excellent customer service. They own the Easton location and ensure that everyone involved in the dining experience is accommodating, which is more than I can say for some other places I've visited. The food is always slow-cooked and well-seasoned. The ribs are consistently smoked, unlike some places where the bones are easily removed. The brisket is thickly cut and tender, requiring no additional sauce. I believe the barbecue here is on par with that in Raleigh. I'm eager to try all the different meats; each one is prepared with care. Don't let the location fool you; the food is fantastic. The new Easton location is a great addition, and they feature classic BBQ that keeps customers coming back for more. The staff is friendly as always; even in the summer when new faces are being trained, everyone is welcoming."
