"Went with my wife after a morning running errands. I hadn 't been to HopSaint since it opened a few years ago where I chalked up my bad food bad beer experience to recently opening and always said I 'd give them another shot. Today was... Perfectly adequate... Beer was fine... we got both Hazy IPA 's (normally our favorite). We 'd place them in the lower ranks of South Bay local hazy beers. We didn 't order a second (we usually do). Food was fine... HopSaint Salad and the Mushroom Flatbread. It wasn 't bad food, but neither was good enough to become a regular order for future visits. Maybe it 's inflation, but the mediocre food was about $1-2 overpriced to consider it good value for money. Also we heard they don 't allow dogs at the outdoor seating area. Although we didn 't have our dog this time, most of our brewery experiences do. I leave remembering why I haven 't been here in years. It will continue to be a drive-by brewery for me."
