"First visit was great, looking forward to going back to this local neighborhood gem. Place has great atmosphere and character, you can tell they care about their food and have been there a long time which reinforces they must care about the quality. They are also very serious about their bourbon though I was there for lunch not a buzz. I got an order of chicken wings and they were great, cooked correctly with a good dry rub. The rub was a little too sweet for me, but they have a nice selection of barbecue sauces (pic) that I enjoyed trying. Cream of crab was great, I liked the corn in it. Brisket Reuben sandwich was fantastic but it was not served with and thousand Island dressing. I should have asked for some on the side."
