"I placed a delivery order about an hour before the restaurant was closing. The order was accepted, and I was informed that it was being prepared and on its way for delivery. However, just 5 minutes before closing time, the restaurant cancelled my order. This was done by Dickies, not the app service, as I verified. I ended up waiting for an hour for an order that they had no intention of fulfilling. If they had not accepted the order, I could have placed an order with another restaurant. When they cancelled last minute, it caused inconvenience for me and left me disappointed. This is not the first time I have had issues with this restaurant location. Their customer service is very poor."
