"We have read that the lines here can be quite long, so in an attempt to beat the lunch break, my friends and I went shortly after the opening at 11:15 on Monday. There were already a few people eating there, and after we had set ourselves to eat, the line already started form and it wasn't even lunch. You order at the counter, get a table and someone will come, put a few papers on your table and clean for you when you? I'm done. You can order as much or as little as you want as they go after weight. I really liked this because we all wanted to try a little of everything, so we literally got only 3 slices of brisket, two ribs, the Texas hot intestinal sausage, green chili corn pudding and some crowned greens. The meat comes with the sides of the pimples and well-kept onions. My darling was the bride. It was so tender. The pickles also really help to cut some of the smokiness. I wasn't a big fan of pudding, but I think it was more a texture for me. There are three types of sauces that you can also help yourself and I think I remember that the green is my favorite. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good grill in Charleston!"
