At first, I thought $5-ish was a little steep, but not for this All-Bef-Behemoth! The cashier didn't know, but my guess is the Franke was 1/3 lb, if not north of it, about 8 x 11⁄4. If you take the person who brings or runs the order to your table, bring some cash to go... You will not get a chance to add a tip to the fee slip. You deserve it!
