"I ordered delivery last week, we live further out but they are kind enough to come out and deliver. On 9/24/21 from checkmate in Concord we had Lukas as our delivery person. He was so polite! I had to hold my cat so he didn't run outside and Lukas was so friendly to him and even held him and spoke about his own cats! It was a quick conversation because obviously he was working, but the way he made the delivery personable was great. He got a great tip just for being so kind. Keep this employee! Give him a raise or some sort of recognition because he is doing such a good job."
