"We placed an order through a turret and when my food was delivered, they had forgotten to give the scrub the salad. They offered a refund that was good, but we said we were disappointed and really wanted the salad, but understood. A little later the salad and a fresh pizza arrived with an apology for the situation. We were very impressed by their customer service and will definitely order from there again. And the food is great too!"

"Wonderful restaurant with a very large selection. I was very surprised to see how many different chicken and calf dishes they offer and also many different pasta sauces. Everything we ordered was very fresh. The parts were also quite large. In any case, for some more pasta fagioli soup (very nice thick broth) and also the marinara sauce tasted very fresh homemade."

"I absolutely adore the food at Ginos and make sure to stop by every time I visit NYC! The staff is also incredibly friendly and I always have a wonderful experience here. I first learned about this place when I was a student at Queens College in the early 2000s, but back then I couldn't afford to eat there often because of college expenses. "I am not from the area and have stopped looking for a search in Google maps for restaurants in the area. I bought 3 slices of pizza with extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni. I was hungry, so I ate her in the car. The slices were great. The size of the slices was good. The cheese was good. The sausage was real. The slices were so good that I went back to the restaurant to buy a little cake. Lol. I'm sure if the owners read this, they'll know who I am. Anyway, the food was worth the praise. I don't have any pictures because I have received the request for this review on the following day, and... the pizzas have gone sadly."
