"Great experience with this restaurant. When we spend almost $30 per person on a Hibachi style dinner (not including apps or drinks), we were smoked by the grill. Either the ventilation didn't work or they forgot to turn it on. It was obvious that my daughter and I were blown through the smoke... nothing was done or told by restaurant staff (or chef) how they clearly saw us hold back from the table and cough. Then the staff did not deliver our salads or as they said, they forgot the salads... not sure how to forget salad for 9 people sitting on a Hibachi table. When I confronted the staff, they asked if the salads were taken out... what a question is that when the dinner is over and we are already fenced because of the smoke. Bad experience overall and they did not offer to make things right or even to offer dessert or a slight discount to improve the situation. I will never return to this restaurant because they clearly have no idea how the customer service works."
